Razer Presents Raiju Mobile Controller

Customers wanting a game controller for Android smartphones get a Razer option-- the Raiju Mobile comes complete with a rotating stand, allowing one to slot in their handset and play games with console-style controls.

As the name might suggest, the Raiju Mobile is based on the Raiju, a PS4 controller from the company. It features the same design, with 4 re-mappable "mecha-tactile action" buttons, a hair trigger mode for rapid fire and a dedicated mode switch button for switching connectivity modes and paired devices.

A Professional-Style Razer Keyboard

Razer is best known for gaming hardware replete with garish stylings and plenty of RGB lighting-- making the BlackWidow Lite, a minimalist mechanical keyboard in a matte shade of black, something of a surprise.

Technically a more "executive" version of the BlackWidow gaming keyboard, the BlackWidow Lite promises "near-silent, tactile feedback" through the use of Razer Orange switches. In case users want to cut down the noise even further, the keyboard also includes additional rubber o-rings. The keys promise an 80-million keystroke lifespan, as well as 10-key rollover with anti-ghosting.

Satechi Adds USB-C Wireless Charger

Satechi announces a wireless charger featuring USB-C connectivity-- the Aluminum Type-C PD and QC Wireless Charger, a Qi-certified number complete with 10W wireless quick charging for compatible devices from Apple and Samsung.

The charger has an aluminium case with a rubberised top and a raised cross to make finding the charging coil easy. Over-temperature protection means the charger will not burn out devices, while "foreign object detection" promises to protect the charger from potentially damaging metal objects. An LED light on the front lets one know when charging is complete.

Customers wanting a wireless charger they can hide in the house? Accessory maker Twelve South might have a solution with the PowerPic, a regular 5x7 picture frame with a wireless charger inside.

The PowerPic charges any Qi-enabled phone, with up to 10W of fast wireless charging. It plugs into any USB outlet, PC or phone adapter, and a small status light on the back lets the user know when the phone is fully charged or if a foreign object is preventing the phone from charging properly. Wireless charging takes place through most phone cases up to 3mm thick.

Corsair launches a pair of K70 RGB MK.2 Low Profile mechanical gaming keyboards-- one regular, the other "Rapidfire," both featuring fast actuating Cherry MX Low Profile keyswitches within a slim design.

According to the company the Cherry MX Low Profile keyswitches offer the same performance as regular Cherry mechanical switches with a lower 11.9mm height and short actuation distance. Combined with redesigned low profile keycaps the switches reduce the full keypress distance to both bottom out the key and actuate the switch, lessening keypress fatigue.

Tile Puts Replaceable Batteries in Next-Gen Trackers

The Tile Bluetooth tracker portfolio gets an update in the shape of two trackers-- the Tile Mate and Tile Pro, both offering replaceable coin cell batteries and a subscription service covering said batteries.

The Tile Mate has a Bluetooth range of 45m, and promises to be 100% louder compared to the previous version. Meanwhile the Tile Pro has 90m range, and is 50% louder. A small door in the back covers the battery, specifically a CR1632 coin cell battery for the Tile Mate and a CR2032 for the Tile Pro.

Cooler Master Adds RGB to Mousepad

The Cooler Master MP860 is a mousepad with a twist-- as the first product in the Cooler Master M800 series, it is a dual-surface mousepad complete with RGB lighting.

The lighting comes through x19 LEDs embedded in the border of the mousepad. The company says the LEDs are capable of smooth animations and glitch-free transitions, and included Cooler Master software allows customers to choose from a set of presets (such as static, breathing, colour cycle, wave, stars, marquee) for customisation. The software also syncs lighting with other Cooler Master peripherals.
