Accessory maker Corsair announces an upgrade of the Sabre RGB gaming mouse-- one featuring a 10000 dpi sensor for "superior accuracy and fast gameplay" together with four-zone multicolour backlighting.

Sabre RGB mouseFurther improving the mouse is a 1000Hz USB polling rate and 8 programmable buttons complete with "high-performance" switches, all within an ergonomic, lightweight (just 100g, Corsair says) design. Included in the package is a 1.8m braided easy-flex USB cable.

Corsair PSUAlso announced by the company are a pair of PSUs-- the SF600 and SF450, the first Corsair SFX units. The compact PSUs promise "the high-end features of Corsair's award winning PSUs to a new compact form factor," with a fully modular design ideal for compact PCs.

The PSUs claim 80-plus Gold certification and feature Japanese capacitors. Corsair also says it is the only SFX PSU maker to use full-size 90mm cooling fans, with a Zero RPM Fan Mode spinning up the fan only when the PSU is under higher loads.

The upgraded Corsair Sabre RGB mouse and SF450 PSU are available now, with the SF600 to follow "shortly."
