Cooler Master describes the MM830 ergonomic gaming mouse as the first aimed for Massively Multiplayer Online games (MMOs), thanks to d-pad hidden in the thumb-rest area providing fast access to all manner of short cuts.

mm830 mouseThe MM830 weighs 162g, and carries a "top-of-the-line" Pixart optical sensor with sensitivity reaching up to 24000 DPI. The chassis is in PBT for durability, while Omron switches and a Japanese ALPS scroll encoder ensure snappy performance. In total the mouse has 8 programmable buttons, including the aforementioned d-pad integrated on the left hand side of the device.

The mouse runs on a 32-bit ARM processor, and features a small 96x64 resolution OLED display on the side. It allows users to instantly change a range of settings, such as sensitivity or RGB lighting colours. Further performance specs include 250ips tracking speed, 50g acceleration, adjustable lift off distance of 2mm and 1000Hz/1ms polling rate. Connectivity comes through included 1.8m braided cable complete with gold-plated USB connector.

The MM830 ships from February 2019.
