Taiwanese memory maker G.Skill announces a pair of high capacity memory kits for use with Intel Core X-series processors and X299 motherboards-- the Trident Z DDR4-4266 64GB (8x8GB) and DDR4-4000 128GB (8x16GB).

Trident Z memoryAccording to the company, the DDR4-4000 kit is the fastest 128GB capacity memory, with ultra-efficient CL19-19-19-39 CAS latency and 1.35V low voltage. It features x8 16GB DIMMs, and the kit is part of the Trident Z RGB family, and validated on Asus Prime X299-Deluxe II motherboards armed with the latest Intel Core i7-9800X processor.

Meanwhile the 64GB capacity Trident Z DDR4-4266 kit is aimed at high-performance PCs, and features a classic black heatspreader. It was also tested on an Asus Prime X299-Deluxe II motherboard with an Intel Core i7-9920X processor. Both memory kits support Intel XMP 2.0 for easy one-step overclocking.

The two kits start shipping from Q1 2019.
