Lian-Li Presents PC-Q38 mITX Case

PC case specialist Lian-Li announces a small form factor (SFF) chassis-- the PC-Q38, a windowed Mini-ITX case built out of full aluminium with a focus on performance per litre.

Lian Li PC-Q38Aimed at customers who find the previous PC-Q37 a bit too big, the PC-Q38 measures 180 x 295 x 372mm. It has an acrylic window and supports CPU coolers up to 140mm tall, graphics cards up to 315mm and SFF power supplies up to 140mm long. An optional mounting bracket allows installation of standard ATX power supplies.

One can install a pair of 120mm fans in the mounting locations in the top of the chassis, together with a radiators and all-in-one coolers up to 240mm in the top (or side, depending on orientation) of the case. In addition the case features mounting locations for one 3.5-inch or two 2.5-inch HDDs, two USB 3.0 and HD audio jacks.

Holding the aluminium panels making the case together are tool-less metal push pins, and users can relocate the rubber-padded aluminium feet for use as either a vertical desktop PC or or a horizontally-placed HTPC.
