The Logitech G Pro Gaming Mouse features what is supposedly the most accurate optical sensor from the company yet, together wtih a metal spring button tensioning system and a design promising to be both durable and lightweight.
Designed for eSports athletes, the G Pro follows on the company's previous G100s and G303 rodents with a sensor covering the entire DPI range (200-12000) with zero smoothing, filtering or acceleration for "exceptional" tracking accuracy and responsiveness. The buttons are also improved, as a metal spring tensioning system reduces the force required to click while ehancing consistency.
As is obligatory for gaming equipment lighting is included and customisable with a choice of 16.8 million colours. Onboard memory saves user DPI, butter assignments and lighting configurations, as set up using Logitech Gaming Software (LGS).
“The benefit of working with eSports players is that they tell us what they like, and more importantly, what they don’t like,” the company says “Our new Logitech G Pro Gaming Mouse takes what eSports pros loved about the G100s and G303 and combines it into a mouse that we’re confident will meet their standards.”
The G Pro Gaming Mouse is available in European markets by end August 2016.
