Corsair announces the Dominator Platinum Special Edition Contrast DDR4 memory-- memory modules with a monochrome glossy look, explaining the "contrast" part of the rather unwieldy monicker.
Further enhancing the look of the memory modules are white LEDs on top bar bearing the "Dominator" branding. On the inside is "industry leading 10-layer PCB and patented DHX cooling technology," together with "carefully screened and selected Samsung ICs." Being premium modules, these are "engineered for world-class system builds" and "meticulously designed with painstaking attention to detail."
The actual memory is available as 32GB kits running at 3466Mhz on 1.35V voltage and 16-18-18-36 timings. It is compatible with the latest Intel motherboards, namely the 100, 200, 300 and X299 series.
