Logitech MX Mouse Goes Vertical

E-mail Print PDF

Customers suffering from wrist and arm strain might be interested in the MX Vertical-- the first vertical mouse from Logitech, with a larger and heavier design sloped at a 57-degree angle.

MX VerticalThe buttons and scroll wheels are of the MX Vertical are found on the right side of the device, while the left side has a concave thumb rest and two other buttons. On the top is a button allowing one to adjust pointer speed. The sides come complete with a ridged rubber finish to allow an easier grip, and Logitech says the contouring of the mouse allows the user to hold their wrist and forearm at a straighter, more comfortable position.

Users can customise the buttons and assign a variety of gesture-controlled shortcuts through Logitech Options desktop app. The mouse is also compatible with Flow, the Logitech software allowing one to easily switch between multiple PCs without need for re=pairing. Connectivity comes through USB-C, Bluetooth or Unifying Receiver USB dongle, and Logitech promises battery life reaches up to 4 months on a single charge.

The MX Vertical ships from September 2018.
