Belkin launches the BoostCharge range of cables at CES 2019, with the most interesting product being USB-C to Lightning cables, the first made by the company to receive official approval from Apple itself.

Belkin cablesThe Boost Charge line also includes a USB-A to Lightning cable, as well as a USB-A to USB-C option. All cables promise increased durability and strength, and include a leather strap to prevent tangles and help in organisation. The cables come in a black and white speckled design, and are available in 1.2, 1.8 and 3m lengths.

The company's CES stand also features a number of their products, such as a pair of USB-C chargers-- one for home use, the other for the car. Both ship with a 1.8m USB-C cable, and are designed to charge the iPad Pro, MacBook or iPhones, and are compatible with all QuickCharge and Power Delivery Devices up to 27W.

Belkin adds the battery supports most other USB-C devices, including the MacBook and Nintendo Switch.

The final Belkin product at CES 2019 is a pair of headphones-- the Rockstar Lightning, an earbud set featuring a Lightning connector instead of the traditional 3.5mm jack. They feature silicon ear tips for enhanced fit, and are water (and thus sweat) resistant). The headphones are set to launch on Q3 2019, with a USB-C version to follow on a later date.
