A Whiskey Lake Mini-PC Quartet from Shuttle

German PC maker Shuttle releases a set of four mini-PCs with the NC10 series, all featuring Whiskey Lake U processors ranging from an energy-saving Celeron dual-core up to a quad-core i7 chipset.

According to the company, all the NC10 mini-PCs are capable of 4K content while coming in a small chassis measuring just 142 x 142 x 42mm. While small, all models fit one 2.5-inch SSD/HDD and include two SO-DIMM sockets fitting up to 32GB of DDR4-2133/2400 memory. In addition, a free M.2 expansion slot allows the addition of NFMe cards measuring up to 80mm. A second M.2 slot hosts the WLAN module.

In terms of connectivity, the PCs feature x1 HDMI 2.0a and x1 DisplayPort 1.2 port able to handle 4K content at up to 60fps. Other ports include x2 USB 2.0, x2 USB-C, x1 gigabit ethernet, x1 RS232, SD card reader and 3.5mm audio jack. An optional XPC accessory, the WLN-M, adds a WLAN module with two external antennas for 802.11ac and Bluetooth 4.0 support. A built-in fan keeps the insides cool. All versions include an aluminium stand and a VESA mount for either upright use or mounting on suitable surfaces or monitors.
